No dumpster, no cry

Thank you to Father John for removing this nuisance dumpster from our neighborhood.  Since there were at least a dozen illegal dumpers who frequented the dumpster, OHNOers might be on the lookout for guys in pickups trying to part with their trash in parts of our neighborhood where they think no one gives a hoot.
